Nose👃🏼 : Interesting, lots of oak spices, stone fruits, crumbly shortbread, earth and root vegetables, smells a bit like a Waterford.

Taste 👅 : Shortbread subtly follows with buttered rye bread, orange marmalade, musty oak and black pepper spice

Finish 🏁 : More oak spiciness, orange zest, rye crackers and caramel

Thoughts 💭 : Interesting rye as ever from Kyrö they definitely keep things different. The mouthfeel is medium thickness and the dram has a consistent taste of musty oak and what starts as bitter orange but turns to sweet orange.
