🖍 Natural Colour

Colour 🌈 : Incredibly Pale Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Sweet peat, musty oak, toffee apples, earthy root vegetables, shortbread, brine and white spirit

Taste 👅 : Furniture polish, butter shortbread, earth, very musty oak, oak spices, herbal, floral and black pepper

Finish 🏁 : Raspberries, muddy carrots, sawdust and pure damp dunnage

Thoughts 💭 : Super interesting dram, it’s similar to licking the inside of a cask that was just emptied of whisky (not that I would know) but it’s full of wooden flavours as if it had been matured for a lot more years than it has been.
The mouthfeel is oily, there’s lots of musty wood, muddy vegetables and also buttery sweet flavours given a great balance and making it an incredibly interesting dram

Sláinte!
