Nose👃🏼 : Sweet smoke with lashings of vanilla fudge, sand dunes, campfire smoke and lemon zest

Taste 👅 : Sweet beach bbq, earthy notes, vanilla, lemon zest and black pepper

Finish 🏁 : Brine and seaweed with more vanilla and lemon in tow

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a great peaty dram, there’s a lot of sweet notes throughout along with an oily mouthfeel. It also has a good amount of spice trickling along and the smoke isn’t overwhelming  giving good overall balance to the dram.
