Nose👃🏼 : Orange blossom, ripe pear, honeycomb, cola and over ripe banana
Taste 👅 : Tropical fruits, pineapple chunks, peaches, pear drops, cream, rye bread and chilli spice
Finish 🏁 : Black pepper, chilli flakes and salty dry oak
Thoughts 💭 : Great dram, incredibly fruity and balanced by a more savoury finish. It can come over as a little salty and bitter in the finish but this just helps make the next sip taste all the more fruity in the beginning.
