Colour 🌈 : Light Copper Red

Nose👃🏼 : Cinnamon, caramel, nuts and some chocolate hints

Taste 👅 : Fruit cake, cinnamon spice, sugar barley and some hints of peat

Finish 🏁 : Digestive biscuits and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Finished exclusively in a sherry cask, the colour has slightly imparted into the whisky but it’s as subtle as the flavour. The flavours aren’t bad but they’re pretty light and whilst it goes down smoothly, for me it’s just not that interesting.
