Nose👃🏼: Hay, pear drops, lemon drops and floral notes

Taste 👅: Fruity, ripe pears, chilli spice and a subtle wood smoke

Finish 🏁 : Cracked black pepper, sea salt and dry oak

Thoughts 💭: If fruity and spicy drams are your kind of thing then this one is sure to please. The nose has a good offering and the flavour profile is quite intense for something not at cask strength. Whilst this doesn’t state if it’s chill filtered or coloured it’s highly likely they are neither chill filtered nor coloured, the mouth feel leads me to believe no chill filtration has taken place and the colour seems to light not to be natural.
