Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, lemon zest, milk chocolate, Manuka honey and barley sugar

Taste 👅 : Orange marmalade, ripe pears, barley sugar and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Liquorice and menthol

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a very rich dram with bittersweet notes, the mouthfeel is medium and there’s a lot of spice riddled throughout.
This was matured for 23 years in American Oak barrels and hogsheads giving it a rich and spicy profile.
