🖍 Natural Colour

Colour 🌈 : Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Creamy syrup porridge, piña colada, apricots, pineapple juice, cereal, honey and lemon peel

Taste 👅 : Nectarines, vanilla ice cream, black pepper, oats, floral and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Ginger, saline and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a nice dram, a mixture of single malt and single grain each matured in bourbon casks before being married in Cognac casks.
The mouthfeel is fairly thick and the dram comes across more as a grain whiskey than a malt. There’s some good fruity flavours amongst it as well and also some floral flavours, ginger spice warms throughout and brings a good amount of spice and heat to it.
