Nose👃🏼 : Toffee apples, honey, barley and rhubarb crumble

Taste 👅 : Lemon peel, apple crumble with custard, oak spices and some chilli spice

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a fruity and sweet dram with some notes from the wood sneaking through, it’s not hugely complex and has an oily mouthfeel to it but if you love red apples then this is for you, of course there’s always cider.
