Taste 👅 : Dark chocolate, bbq smoke, bacon, caramel, raisins, cinnamon spice and root ginger

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger spice, nuts, cocoa nibs and more cinnamon

Thoughts 💭 : Pretty delicious dram, full of complexity and intense flavours. The peat smoke is subtle in flavour whilst stronger on the nose. The balance between the peat and sherry makes the sweet notes pop out more making this one heck of a dram.
