Colour 🌈 : Virtually Clear

Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, hay, lemon zest, vanilla ice cream, manuka honey and orange marmalade 

Taste 👅 : Sweet honey and vanilla pod met by a wave of sweet smoke with smoky bacon and black pepper spice

Finish 🏁 : Smoke fizzles out and leaves orange marmalade and stone fruits

Thoughts 💭 : Good dram, there’s an oily mouthfeel to it the smoke wafts over but doesn’t linger too long. There’s an otherwise bittersweet taste to it that is reminiscent of the distillery and gives a good balance to the whisky.
