Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, stone fruits, pineapple chunks, hay and red apples

Taste 👅 : Hay, ripened pears, red apples, earth, black pepper spice and orange marmalade

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper, malt and Earth

Thoughts 💭 : This one is finished in Port casks, first fill Oloroso Sherry casks and first fill bourbon barrels. The mouthfeel is a little chewy, there’s sweet fruity flavours followed by bitter marmalade. Price wise it’s not too bad but personally speaking it’s not one for me.
