Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, lemon sherbet, juicy orange slices and some charred oak

Taste 👅 : Orange zest, juicy peaches, some pear drops, cherries, soap, barley and lightly charred oak

Finish 🏁 : Cracked black pepper, brine, more orange peel and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Pretty nice dram this one, lots of fruity flavours and a very light peat smoke that is only just detectable
