Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, sherbet lemon, pineapple and red apples

Taste 👅 : Fresh and fruity, ripe pears, red apples, drizzled honey and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Red apple slices, orange marmalade and a drying oak

Thoughts 💭 : Very nice dram, the colour suggests the oak didn’t influence too heavily which has left this as a nice delicate fruity whisky that’s easy to sip.
