Colour 🌈 : Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Lemon peel, pear drops, apple peel, shortbread and hay

Taste 👅 : Shortbread follows through with lots of hay, earthy notes, ripe pear, plums and allspice

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper, apple peel and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Very interesting dram with the distillery flavours running through it but with a bit more of a savoury tone to it. It’s hard hitting, sharp and definitely something a little different.
