Nose👃🏼 : Pear drops, hay, lemon sherbet, floral, heather, liquorice and shoe polish

Taste 👅 : Pear drops, oats, hay, honey, lemon zest, a hint of liquorice and root ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Lingering ginger, floral, some black pepper and a dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : A nice and interesting dram, very spicy and complex. Flavours that could take you to fields of hay.
Whilst it is a tasty dram, I think if the bottles weren’t a collectors dream and the batches were bottles of several thousands easily available then it might not be quite as popular as it is
