Nose👃🏼 : Smooth milk chocolate, sweet glacé cherries, roasted nuts, honeycomb, caramel and orange peel

Taste 👅 : Chocolate coated apples, honeyed malt, plums and some cinnamon spice

Finish 🏁 : A little chocolate, hops, porridge oats and manuka honey

Thoughts 💭 : It’s a tasty dram, there’s a good amount of Sherry flavours coming through but the distillery flavours overwhelm it just ever so slightly
