Colour 🌈 : Gold

Nose👃🏼 : Barley Sugar, milk chocolate, earthy notes, glacé cherries and some candied fruit peel

Taste 👅 : Barley sugar follows through, some milk chocolate digestives are there with a little honey and black pepper spice

Finish 🏁 : Cracked black pepper spice lingers with a little ginger, musty dunnage and malt

Thoughts 💭 : It’s an ok dram, very spicy and savoury and if that’s the kind of thing you like then you’ll enjoy this but for me it wasn’t hugely complex and the PX finish was very subtle. Some have said it’s a much better dram after spending time being aired which sounds like they’ve let the alcohol burn off a bit. Adding water may give the same effect
