Nose👃🏼 : Chocolate nuts, caramel, cherries, orange peel and cinnamon

Taste 👅 : Fruity flavours, cherries then pineapple and bananas followed by chocolate, sugar barley and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Marmalade and more cherries with some light black pepper

Thoughts 💭 : Surprisingly more pleasant than I expected. This was matured in American oak butts that held Oloroso Sherry
