Colour 🌈: Caramel
Nose👃🏼: Sweet Cherry Bakewells with Glacé cherries, lemon peel, pear drops, hay, orange marmalade and ginger
Taste 👅: Very coating, chocolate caramel, butterscotch, chilli heat, raisins and hints of marmalade
Finish 🏁 : Chilli chocolate that leads to a subtle smoke and dry oak
Thoughts 💭: Delightful dram for a first release from the White Peaks distillery. Full of good complexity and a high abv. It is also non chill filtered and naturally coloured which we can expect to continue whilst the distillery is young and hopefully continue when it’s not
