Colour 🌈: Light Caramel

Nose👃🏼: Sweet Sherry, oranges, plumbs, pomegranate and peaches. Weirdly a scent of sparklers tickles the nose too

Taste 👅: Sweet fruity jams, apricots, cream, some chilli spice and floral notes

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper spice and juicy fruits linger

Thoughts 💭: It has a nice creamy mouth feel to it and it certainly feels like there’s a lot of complexity around it with indescribable notes. I’m fairly convinced this is a dram that will continue to change the more you drink it.
Admittedly I was underwhelmed by it at first but the more I drank the more notes opened up and convinced me this is a dram that will likely give me something more each time I drink it
