Taste 👅: Honey with a big hit of ginger spice. Creamy treacle toffee comes through with hints of of lemon zest and pear drops
Finish 🏁 : Drying like red wine and oak
Thoughts 💭: Matured in French Oak casks, this one is a little different offering good complexity and a little something different from the norm
