Colour 🌈: Burnt Copper

Nose👃🏼: Rye, corn, brown sugar, candied fruit peel, dry oak, fruit jellies and ginger with hints of pear drops

Taste 👅: Brown sugar, spicy corn, honeyed malt, vanilla toffee, foam bananas and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Spicy corn, wood varnish and candied fruit leading to an oak finish

Thoughts 💭: Interesting dram, matured exclusively in a Virgin white oak cask with a high toast and medium char the result of which gives the whisky a very bourbon taste to it. You could almost believe there was a mash of corn and rye in this dram, very interesting and tasty
