Finish 🏁 : The oak campfire bursts back into flames bringing spicy notes and then burns out leaving smouldering oak smoke and tcp

Thoughts 💭 : A much sweeter version of the classic 10yo. The Sherry oak finish brings with it fantastic complexity and layers of flavours that pull through the smoke.
