Nose👃🏼 : Creamy vanilla ice cream, strawberries, honey and malt
Taste 👅 : Vanilla ice cream follows through, strawberries, hints of lemon and lots of honeyed barley
Finish 🏁 : Chilli spice with grassy notes
Thoughts 💭 : Pretty interesting dram, like liquified vanilla ice cream with a huge kick to knock your socks off. It comes across as a whisky that hasn’t quite matured much from its new make spirit but just enough to make it a whisky, despite its 9yo age
