Nose👃🏼 : Ripe pears, chocolate, roasted nuts, Turkish delight, lemon peel and grass
Taste 👅 : Dark chocolate, vanilla toffee, rubber tyre, coffee, caramel and some mint
Finish 🏁 : Black pepper spice lingering with some cocoa nibs and night nurse cough syrup
Thoughts 💭 : Another tasty octave from Duncan Taylor, full of great flavours and complexity. I would have preferred this one to have had more than 3 months in an octave to have got some sweeter flavours but it still works well as it is
