Colour 🌈: Amber

Nose👃🏼: Sweet smoke, sea air, hint of rye and hay

Taste 👅: Gust of smoke followed by sawdust without the dryness leading to a mild heat with hints of sea salt. Further sips reveal hints of chocolate and honey

Finish 🏁 : A smoky finish with black pepper and hints of dry oak

Thoughts 💭: Whilst finished in a Sherry cask the Bowmore 15 doesn’t stand out too much from the 12. The smoke is what I guess I’d call medium in contrast with others, it doesn’t overwhelm you which allows some of the other flavours to come through
