Nose👃🏼: Orange marmalade, fruit cake, cinnamon, sherried raisins and dark chocolate
Taste 👅: Fruit cake continues with glacé cherries popping out and cinnamon spice with a blast of hot ginger, chocolate caramel and roasted nuts
Finish 🏁 : Chocolate caramel lingers into a fruity dry oak
Thoughts 💭: Very nice dram from Bimber, much to be expected from the Distillery. Hopefully we’ll see similar offerings to come
