Nose👃🏼: Fruity, apples, lemon peel, pears, sweet honey and vanilla with hints of cinnamon

Taste 👅 : Fresh, honey drizzled on barley, red apples, brown sugar, vanilla and liquorice

Finish 🏁 : Cinnamon spice, sweet honey and aniseed

Thoughts 💭 : Interesting dram from The Balvenie, not quite what I expected but does boast very sweet flavours coming from being matured in the first fill bourbon casks for at least 12 years
