Colour 🌈: Caramel
Nose👃🏼: Vanilla Toffee, lavender, floral, citrus peel and hints of smoke
Taste 👅: Toffee, malt drizzled in honey and some citrus notes
Finish 🏁 : Black pepper fizzles up with some charred oak and hints of fruit
Thoughts 💭: Pretty nice dram, pretty standard Highland Park. If you put this and Viking Tribe in front of me I’d probably be hard pressed telling you which is which
