Colour 🌈: Light Gold
Nose👃🏼: Strong Vanilla toffee, Heather, lemon peel and some salted caramel
Taste 👅: Long lingering chilli spice and some vanilla fudge pops through with hints of lemon zest
Finish 🏁 : Ginger spice lingers with deep oak and hints of smoke
Thoughts 💭: The nose is excellent on this, it’s like smelling a bag of vanilla toffee or fudge, the taste also comes through nice and on the sweet side, the bonus of this being whilst the distillery taste pops through it doesn’t taste like every other highland park, it’s unique and delivers sweeter notes and whilst it’s not too complex it delivers fantastic flavour
