Nose👃🏼: Hay, Lemon sherbet, honey and malted cereal
Taste 👅: Dusty books with fruity notes of pear and banana. Hit of ginger spice and vanilla pod. Further sips give a hint of caramel chocolate
Finish 🏁 : Fruit compote drizzled in honey
Thoughts 💭: Another nice dram from Mackmyra, with flavours very typical of the distillery. The vast range of casks matured in does leave hints of flavours imparted however I think a longer maturation period is required to truly impart them
