Nose👃🏼: Fruity red apples, fruit cake, red berries, charred oak and honey
Taste 👅: Spicy fruit cake set alight too long given burnt bits of fruit, salted caramel chocolate and beach campfire
Finish 🏁 : Fruity finish with some gentle peat smoke, malt and honey
Thoughts 💭: Pretty pleasant dram, not as smoky as I’d expected and full of good flavours with some gentle peat smoke behind it offering good complexity
