Nose👃🏼: Tropical fruit with light smoke, hay, pears, apple peel and chocolate fudge
Taste 👅: Lashings of honey, vanilla ice cream, lemon drizzle cake and pear drops
Finish 🏁 : Ginger spice, black pepper and dry oak
Thoughts 💭: A nice sweet dram, the flavours from the bourbon cask have imparted well into this whisky giving it some great flavours
