Nose👃🏼: Nice sweet hits of citrus fruit peel, lemon drizzle cake, vanilla, hints of spices such as cinnamon and a touch of hay

Taste 👅: Chocolate biscuit, cereal and oats and a fizzling spice warms the tongue. Further sips deepen the chocolate flavours and bring a fuller flavour of buttery fudge

Finish 🏁 : Christmas fruit cake that fades into dried fruit

Thoughts 💭: The Lakes don’t disappoint which I’m always pleased about, the whisky is complex and delicious. Price wise the lakes distillery still have a fairly high rrp on their whiskies which seems a shame as if they were more affordable I’m more than certain they’d see a huge uptake in popularity as they have some fantastic whiskies available
