Nose👃🏼: Sweet caramel mixed with Hay, hits of creamy chocolate, fudge, salty sea wind and hints of fruit peels
Taste 👅: Sweet vanilla followed by brine, juicy fruits and a chilli spice that heats up gradually
Finish 🏁 : Salted caramel and dry oak
Thoughts 💭: Pretty tasty dram with good complexity the saltiness gives it more of a seaside feel like an unpeated Talisker. Not sure about the rrp on this one, feels a little steep to be honest
