Colour 🌈: Caramel
Nose👃🏼: Hay, red berries and apple peel
Taste 👅: Sweet vanilla cola, apple peel and rye
Finish 🏁 : dry oak with some spice
Thoughts 💭: Being made from 95% corn gives it a corn whisky spiciness and almost a rye whisky flavour.
The nice years in ex-bourbon barrels gives it the sweet flavours of vanilla whilst the 4 years in red wine brings the dry oak finish. A nice mixture of complexity
