Nose👃🏼: Strawberries and cream, cookie dough, raisins and vanilla buttercream icing

Taste 👅: Spicy vanilla sponge and candied fruit peel

Finish 🏁 : Fizzling spice, oak and fruit peels

Thoughts 💭: A tasty dram, the vanilla is very dominant but doesn’t overwhelm the other flavours. The spice gives some great heat and overall you could almost believe it was a Christmassy drink
