Colour 🌈: Light straw

Nose👃🏼: Floral scents and hay bails (I grew up in the countryside), almost a lavender smell. Lingering behind there’s a sweetness to it and some fruitiness too like lemon zest and green apple peel. The scent of a hamster cage is definitely the overwhelming scent but not in a bad way.

Taste 👅: Well I’m glad it doesn’t taste of a Hamsters toilet! It actually tastes pretty nice, you definitely taste hay or straw along with some pleasant toffee notes

Finish 🏁 : A sweet peppery finish

Thoughts 💭: Probably one of the most bizzare whiskies I’ve tried, the more you smell it the more you’re almost put off getting that hamster cage / barn smell that just makes you think of animal urine but the taste fortunately is quite good, it’s just a shame it’s let down a little by the nose. What I will say though is, it’s worth a try, just to experience it!
