Nose👃🏼: Brown sugar, malt, hints of orange peel
Taste 👅: Honey, subtle fruity flavours hidden beneath a peppery spice
Finish 🏁 : Peppery finish with hints of sweet honey
Thoughts 💭: I was excited to try another Cotswolds whisky and I am glad I had the opportunity to but this did not wow me. It is a good whisky, it tastes good and is smooth but for its retail value I just feel like there’s better whiskies on offer around what it retails at.
