Nose👃🏼: Wood or sawdust, vanilla, floral, grass and dirt

Taste 👅: Spice hits with the wood shavings followed by floral offerings with cardamom, orange marmalade and ripe banana

Finish 🏁 : The wooden oak lingers as the spice cools down

Thoughts 💭: As is common with rye whiskies the high content of rye offers a nice spicy hit but it’s not powerful enough to disguise any of the unique flavours that power through to give a fantastic whiskey that can only be likened to being in a wood work room, sawdust covering the floor and licking marmalade from a spoon.
