Named after Ludwig van Beethoven, one of the most celebrated composers in Western music, this whisky nods to his transformative contributions to classical music, known for works that transcended the constraints of his era and bridged the Classical and Romantic periods. Like Beethoven’s complex compositions, this whisky is designed to offer layered depth and a resonant profile.

Matured in a single ex-bourbon cask, this release emphasises Bimber’s traditional approach to whisky-making, with the cask choice enhancing the whisky’s inherent fruitiness, subtle vanilla, and warm oak notes. Bottled at a higher ABV, it reflects Bimber’s signature intensity and craftsmanship.
