❄️ Non Chill Filtered

🖍 Natural Colour

Colour 🌈 : Dark Amber

Nose👃🏼 : Dark chocolate, marzipan, ginger, cinnamon, caramel and roasted nuts

Taste 👅 : Fruit cake, toasted nuts, dry fruit peel, dark chocolate and ginger

Finish 🏁 : Cocoa nibs, dried pineapple chunks and oak spices

Thoughts 💭 : Super strong and punchy, there’s a lot of spice behind it and it opens to a multitude of flavours. There’s a lot of complexity behind it but the sherry influence isn’t as strong as I’d like it to have been. It spent 3 months in an octave, I think another 3 months may have been enough to give it the extra influence it needs. Nevertheless it’s still a great whisky, allegedly from Glenfarclas distillery so if you’re a fan of their whisky then this won’t disappoint.

Sláinte!
