Nose👃🏼 : Irn Bru, tannic, white spirit, orange zest, honey and oak spices

Taste 👅 : Coating, dried fruits, orange marmalade, manuka honey, brown sugar, barley sugar and chilli spice

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper, tannic, plum jam and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : Bittersweet flavours throughout with this one with a lot of sizzling spice throughout. The mouthfeel is quite thick with bitter orange marmalade dominating the taste profile.
This was matured in a refill Hogshead before being transferred to Spanish Oak that previously held Fondillón sweet wine.
