Nose👃🏼 : Toffee apples, fudge, chocolate, nuts and liquorice sherbet dip

Taste 👅 : Dark chocolate, fudge, fruit cake, cinnamon, red currants and ginger

Finish 🏁 : Cocoa nibs and red apple peel

Thoughts 💭 : Lovely dram it spent 3 months in a Sherry octave which has given it a thick mouthfeel and intense Sherry flavours.
Whilst it has a high abv it drinks like a lower one making it easy to sip and very easy to get dangerously drunk!
