Nose👃🏼 : Maraschino cherries, orange peel, strawberries, stone fruits and manuka honey

Taste 👅 : Fruit cake, cocoa nibs, ginger spice, cinnamon and green apple peel

Finish 🏁 : Hay, pear drops, barley sugar and manuka honey

Thoughts 💭 : It’s an interesting dram with good amounts of complexity and a rich flavour. The mouthfeel is quite thick and coating and gives a lot of fruity flavours. It’s very similar to popular Campbeltown whiskies. This one is matured in a combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, and oloroso casks which gives it that sweet and fruity flavour profile.
