Colour 🌈 : Light Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Smoky vanilla fudge, green apple skin, stone fruits, oaty biscuits and buttered toast

Taste 👅 : Super spicy and smoky. Earthy, beach campfire, orange marmalade, syrup flapjacks, stone fruits and ginger spice

Finish 🏁 : Charred oak, black pepper and more orange marmalade

Thoughts 💭 : Nicely complex with an oily mouthfeel there’s prickly heat throughout. The smoke isn’t too overwhelming and doesn’t stop the layers of complexity pulling through the whisky. In all it’s a pretty delightful dram.
