Nose👃🏼 : Vanilla ice cream, stone fruits, honey, buttered toast and black pepper

Taste 👅 : Very sweet vanilla ice cream, sizzling ginger spice, cream soda, buttery toast and bitter orange marmalade

Finish 🏁 : Black pepper and dry oak spices

Thoughts 💭 : Great addition to the core line up from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, lots of typical grain flavours with a little more complexity mixed in. There’s a great mix of sweet and spice in the beginning which soon turns to bitter and dry giving a good balance. The mouthfeel is fairly thick and coats nicely allowing the flavours to pop out.
