Finish 🏁 : Ginger, dried fruit peels and oak spices

Thoughts 💭 : Remarkably complex and unique, it’s like no other whisky you’ve tried. There’s an oily mouthfeel to it and the flavours are hugely influenced by the wood it rested in, with a great spicy heat throughout from the rye.
This expression is made from 100% Finnish malted wholegrain rye and matured in both Oloroso, new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels.
