Colour 🌈 : Caramel

Nose👃🏼 : Lemon peel, hay, barley, pear drops, hints of smoke and cinnamon

Taste 👅 : Subtle charred oak, burnt buttery toast, drizzled honey, hay and black pepper

Finish 🏁 : Ginger and dry oak

Thoughts 💭 : It’s an alright dram, it’s pretty smooth but still has heat behind it, the flavours aren’t to my tastes necessarily but I don’t dislike it, it’s easy enough to sip and appreciate but it’s just not something I personally would go out and buy.
